Delivery Policy

Orders need to be placed by 12pm for same day delivery. Orders placed after this time will be delivered the following business day or on the alternate date selected.

We currently deliver Tuesday - Saturday (excluding public holidays, these will be delivered the following delivery day) and are closed Sunday and Monday. If you would like a custom item not listed in the Shop, contact us with preferably 1-2 days notice and we will do our best to accommodate.

Available delivery dates will be shown in the Calendar, occasionally dates will be unavailable due to special events or limited stock availability.

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the correct delivery address is given when ordering.

We always try to deliver between business hours, however there are times when we may be busy and running behind schedule, we will do our best contact you if this happens. School/Business addresses will be given priority to ensure they arrive before the end of working day. University Campus deliveries will be taken to reception only, we cannot deliver to specific rooms or blocks.

If you have a preference between AM or PM please note this when ordering, although please consider that we are unable to guarantee exact times.

If no one is home at the requested address, we will attempt to leave the flowers, if it is safe to do so. Please note if there are dogs on the property we will not enter due to safety precautions.

If leaving the flowers is not possible, we will contact you and a re-delivery fee may need to be arranged. Please ensure you give contact numbers for the recipient as at times we cannot access apartment/units without calling.

Dusty Road Blooms is a studio based florist and is not open to the public unless an appointment or pre arranged pick up is agreed upon. We appreciate your understanding!
